Services available to individuals 18 years of age and older.  Offers evidenced-based approaches to address mental health and relationship needs.  Specializes in cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and emotionally focused therapies.

  AB Counseling Services uses a telehealth model. This allows for greater flexibility and easier access to care in a private space of your choosing. A device with internet and audio-video capabilities is required.
